At Shenandoah Vineyards, our winemaking is rooted in history and driven by a deep respect for the land. Founded in 1976 as one of Virginia’s pioneering wineries, we continue to craft wines that reflect the unique character of our region. Our fruit is sourced from 32 acres of estate vines and carefully selected partner vineyards throughout the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia. Each site is chosen for its distinctive soil, elevation, and microclimate—ensuring every varietal we grow expresses its full potential. For us, great wine starts in the vineyard, just as it has for nearly 50 years.
